S&M is absolutely wonderful to work with. Lightning fast response and arrival times. Hugo is super knowledgeable, personable, and loves to share that knowledge as well. I will only be using them for any residential electrical work going forward.

S&M was a life saver recently when our electric panel burnt late on a Sunday evening. Their response time was amazing! Hugo, the owner, showed up soon after I placed the emergency call and was on-site until 1-2am to trouble-shoot and correct the problem then showed-up again that afternoon to perform additional repairs. Trish, the Office Manager & Hugo's wife, is friendly, organized, and great at explaining service and billing processes. S&M employees we've interacted with have been courteous and provided great service (no unexpected hiccups). Workers show-up as scheduled, perform jobs as planned and are neat about it. Would strongly recommend S&M Electric to anyone looking to have electrical work completed.

S&M Electric was fantastic to work with. They installed a brand new 200 amp electric panel, managed the entire process (permit, inspection, Electric company hook up) and kept in consistent communication with me from beginning to end. The electrical team was very kind, friendly, professional and walked me through what they where working on. In addition to the new panel, they also additional wire for a new range and socket upgrades. I researched 6 or so electricians in the area and this was the best. I plan on using S&M in the future.

We give S&M Electrical 5 stars. A neighbor recommended them after being happy with their work in her home. We are partially finishing our basement and needed all of the electrical upgraded, including installing a subpanel, light fixtures, recessed lighting, outlets, and power for a minisplit unit. The team did a great job and was always on time and respectful of our space. We though the price was fair for the amount of work done and highly recommend S&M for your electrical needs.

The Hugo and the whole team... sales, admin, technicians, master electricians... were fabulous. Everyone communicated across the company and with me. My 1847 home needed a new larger electrical box and I also had them run power to a shed. They coordinated the permits, came up with great solutions, and did beautiful work. They fixed my long list of electrical issues at a good price. I am very happy I found them.

Trish has been very responsive to our questions and getting back to us promptly about scheduling. Hugo walked us through the best way to help us with hooking our generator to our house. Then we had a last minute with our electrical panel that Trish helped coordinate with another vendor and our electric company. We appreciate all the work they have done for us.
